Introduction

Welcome to Ispysparkles. Let me introduce myself. My name is Michelle, and I am the founder of ispysparkles. I organise markets, craft fairs and workshops. All of my events are held in Devon and Cornwall, as i live in West Devon and believe in keeping things local. Being a local girl this ensures my events are held in popular areas with good footfall, Creating a friendly crafters market or craft fair, where you can showcase your handmade products that cannot be bought on the high street.

How we book stalls

We try to book as much variation as possible when booking stallholders, so there is not a continuation of stalls selling the same items, however in some cases where there are cancellations, we will fill gaps, but will always be mindful of other stallholders stock.

Terms and conditions when booking with us

Terms and conditions will need to be agreed before booking with us.

Please provide proof of your Personal liability Insurance, if you are booking outdoor event, we must see proof of cover that shows you have cover to do so. If you are using your own Gazebo or event tent, you must send us proof that your outside stall, table or event tent setup is insured for outdoor events. You are completely liable for the safety and set up of your stall, ispysparkes are not responsible.

Personal Liability Insurance is needed for every event and you must hold a copy with you at each event whether this is digital or printed

Self assembly gazebo with poles and connectors are not permitted.

When using your own Gazebo or event tent it must only be a HEAVY DUTY POP UP STYLE .Anyone attending without adequate equipment will be asked to leave and a refund will not be issued

All gazebo and event tents that belong to stallholders must be safely and securely weighed down.

At least 80kg of weight is needed and should be distributed over the four corners of each leg. You can never have too much weight, the more the better, as the weather can change quickly.

On softer ground and grassed areas sufficient heavy duty tie downs and bash in heavy duty pegs must be used. A gazebo can fly pretty quickly through the air and can cause problems.

Payment is due on booking, cancellations two weeks prior to an event are non-refundable, however you can find a replacement stallholders for your table or pitch, but you must keep ispysparkles informed throughout this and they must hold all the relevant insurance as stated above

Indoor events are strictly one table only 6 foot space, no stands or racks are permitted, unless this has been agreed by isysparkles.

We cannot always guarantee table and pitch positions, so if you require electric, this must be agreed prior to booking.

You are expected to stay for the whole duration, so no packing up early as this upsets customers and other stallholders.

We work on the basis of all rubbish and packaging must be taken home by the stallholders.

Vehicles are parked at your own risk, please do not leave valuables on display.

You must leave all exits and walkways clear at all times.

Please ensure you come prepared for all weather's, with adequate cover, waterproof equipment and tie downs, ispysparkles will not be held accountable or responsible for any damaged stock of stallholders due to adverse weather.

In the unlikely event, we have to cancel events due to severe weather, you will be issued a full refund.

Our events are free entry.

We do not sell tickets.

All booking are all done directly through us only, we do not have any third parties, taking booking or payments for us.

All payments are done by us via a secure link

We cannot always guarantee table and pitch positions, so if you require electric, this must be agreed prior to booking.

Prices of events

Prices for events will be emailed to you directly with a copy of our terms and conditions. The terms and conditions will need agreed first before booking.

We will then follow up with a booking form and a simple to fill in risk assessment form.

Advertising our events

We will always go above and beyond to advertise our events well. We advertise locally to any event and also on social media, big road boards or banners and posters.

Gazebo hire

We offer gazebo hire at an extra cost,but we do have limited availability.We have three 6x3 m gazebos for hire, which each one holds three stallholders comfortably. We also have one 3x3m gazebos for hire. These are at additional cost, plus your standard table fee. WE DO NOT SUPPLY TABLES, YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN..

Workshops

My workshops are great fun to either meet new people or come along with friends. I will teach you how to construct and decorate keepsake, Wooden themed wreaths and Lanterns.

My workshops are held throughout the year. Light refreshments are supplied or a buffet lunch at an additional fee.

If you live in Devon or Cornwall you will be familiar with the beautiful Tavistock market town, where you can shop, eat great food or just stroll with a coffee in the pretty town centre and the Pannier Market.

Christmas at ispysparkles is just magical

Christmas is our favourite time of year, where you will find us supporting local markets, with all handmade beautiful christmas decorations. All are made in our workshop on Dartmoor.
