Welcome to Ispysparkles. Let me introduce myself: My name is Michelle, and I am the founder of ispysparkles. I organise markets, craft fairs and workshops. All of my events are held in Devon and Cornwall, as I live in West Devon and believe in keeping things local. Being a local this ensures my events are held in popular areas with good footfall, creating a friendly atmosphere for all, where you can showcase your handmade products that cannot be bought on the high street.
We try to provide as much variety as possible when booking stallholders, so there are not lots of stalls selling the same items. If there are any cancellations from stallholders, we will fill gaps, but will always be mindful of other stallholders stock.

Terms and conditions will need to be agreed before booking with us.
You will need to provide proof of your Personal Liability Insurance. If you are booking for an outdoor event, we must see the correct proof of cover that allows you to do this. If you are using your own Gazebo or tent, you must send us proof that your setup is insured for outdoor events. You are liable for the safety and set up of your stall, and whilst we are here to help, ispysparkes is not responsible for your property.
Personal Liability Insurance is needed for every event which you are responsible for obtaining. Please ensure you have a copy of this with you at each event whether this is digital or printed.
Self assembly gazebos with poles and connectors are not permitted. Please ensure you have a HEAVY DUTY POP UP STYLE gazeboo or tent only. Anyone attending without adequate equipment will be kindly asked to leave and a refund will not be issued.
All gazebo and event tents need to be secured with weights.
At least 60kg of weight is needed and should be distributed over the four corners of each leg. You can never have too much weight, the more the better, as the weather can change quickly.
On softer ground and grassed areas sufficient heavy duty tie downs and bash in heavy duty pegs must be used. A gazebo can fly pretty quickly through the air and can cause problems. Water fillable weights are a good option.
Payment is due when booking and cancellations less than two weeks prior to an event are non-refundable,
However, you can find replacement stallholders for your table or pitch, but you must keep ispysparkles informed throughout this and they must hold all the relevant insurance as stated above.
Indoor events are strictly one table only to fit in a 6 foot space, no stands or racks are permitted, unless this has been agreed by isysparkles.
We cannot always guarantee table and pitch positions, so if you require electric, this must be agreed prior to booking.
You are expected to stay for the whole duration, so no packing up early as this upsets customers and other stallholders, so please bear this in mind when booking.
All rubbish and packaging must be taken home by the stallholders.
Vehicles are parked at your own risk, please do not leave valuables on display.
You must leave all exits and walkways clear at all times.
Please ensure you come prepared for all weather, with adequate cover, waterproof equipment and tie downs. ispysparkles will not be held accountable or responsible for any damaged stock due to adverse weather.
In the unlikely event we have to cancel due to severe weather, you will be issued a full refund.
Our events are free entry for all customers and we do not sell tickets.
All bookings and payments are done directly through us only, ensuring no third parties are involved.
All payments are done by us via a secure link.
Prices for events will be emailed to you with a copy of our terms and conditions, which will need to be agreed first before booking.
We will then follow up with a booking form and a simple risk assessment form to fill in and send to us.

We will strive to go above and beyond to advertise our events well. We advertise locally to any event and also on social media, big road boards or banners and posters.
We offer gazebo hire at an extra cost, but we do have limited availability.We have three 6x3 m gazebos for hire, with each one being able to fit 3 stallholders comfortably. We also have one 3x3m gazebos for hire. These are at additional cost, plus your standard table fee. WE DO NOT SUPPLY TABLES, YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN..
My workshops are great fun to either meet new people or come along with friends. I will teach you how to construct and decorate keepsake, wooden themed wreaths and lanterns.
My workshops are held throughout the year. Light refreshments are supplied or a buffet lunch at an additional fee.

If you live in Devon or Cornwall you will be familiar with the beautiful Tavistock market town, where you can shop, eat great food or just stroll with a coffee in the pretty town centre and the Pannier Market.
If you're new to Devon and Cornwall, it really is the best place to explore, with jawdropping coastlines and Dartmoor National Park and way too much more to write about.
The only thing that is a must, go buy a traditional Cornish Pasty,

Christmas is our favourite time of year, where you will find us supporting local markets, with all handmade beautiful christmas decorations. All are made in our workshop on Dartmoor.
